- Major lines producers complete 24 CE hours every two year renewal period.
- 3 hours must be in ethics
- The rest can be any ODI approved course, in any line
- It's 24 hours total, no matter how many lines you hold.
- Complete your hours by the last day of your birth month in your renewal year.
- Up to 12 extra hours carry forward as general credit.
- Ohio charges a $1 per credit hour roster fee when your hours are reported.
- Selling long-term care, annuities, or flood insurance comes with extra training requirements.
